Eve De Rosa is the Mibs Martin Follett Professor in Human Ecology at Cornell University, affiliated with the Psychology Department in the College of Human Ecology. Her research focuses on comparative cognitive neuroscience, integrating cross-species studies of neurochemistry (notably acetylcholine) and lifespan approaches to age-related cognitive changes.
- Education: B.A. in Biology-Psychology from Vassar College; Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from Harvard University; postdoctoral training in human neuroscience at Stanford University School of Medicine.
She combines functional neuroimaging in humans with rat models using lesion and pharmacological techniques to study attention and learning. Her work bridges animal and human neuroscience to develop theoretical models of cognition.
