Associate Professor Evan Atlantis is a distinguished researcher and educator at Western Sydney University's School of Health Sciences, specializing in clinical obesity and chronic disease management. With 20+ years of experience, he has authored 80+ publications (accumulating ~7,000 citations) and shaped international clinical guidelines through foundational frameworks. He holds leadership roles as Secretary of the National Association of Clinical Obesity Services (NACOS) and co-directs the Western Obesity Worldwide (WOW) research collective.
