Eva Sansavior

Eva Sansavior is a Consultant Lecturer and Academic Development Consultant at the University of Leeds, specifically serving the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Cultures. She specializes in pedagogic practice, curriculum design, and the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL), with a focus on social justice, feedback literacies, and discipline-specific educational frameworks.

Her research explores Global Francophone Caribbean literary and visual cultures, alongside pedagogical innovations in higher education. Key initiatives include leading the University-wide Build Your Scholarship Practice program and founding the Partnerships in Assessment and Feedback Network, fostering collaboration between staff, students, and employers.

Her publications, such as Caribbean Globalizations: 1492–Present Day (2015) and Maryse Condé and the Space of Literature (2012), reflect interests in postcolonial theory, interdisciplinary humanities, and curriculum decolonization. She has secured funding from institutions like the Leverhulme Trust and HEFCE for projects on transition to higher education, online learning communities, and assessment partnerships.
