Eva Rask Knudsen

Eva Rask Knudsen is an Associate Professor at the Department of English, Germanic and Romance Studies, Faculty of Humanities, University of Copenhagen. She teaches postcolonial and global Anglophone literature, as well as literary and cultural theory.

Her research focuses on migration and new mobilities in the 21st century, refugee writing, Afropolitanism, indigenous literature and visual arts, and contemporary cultural hybridizations. She explores questions of agency and authority within these fields.

Recent publications highlight trends in postcolonial theory, Afropolitan aesthetics, and refugee narratives. Collaborative works with U. Rahbek examine ethical dimensions in diasporic fiction and evolving theoretical frameworks.
