Eva Galante

Eva Galante is a Senior Lecturer in Chemistry for Bioscience and Course Leader of MSc Biomedical Science at the University of East London's School of Health, Sport and Bioscience. With a PhD in Chemical Science from the University of Catania, her career spans prestigious institutions including Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche (CNR), John Innes Centre, University College London, and Queen Mary University of London.

Dr. Galante's research focuses on medicinal chemistry with specialization in natural products and cancer treatments. Her recent publications show trends in herbal medicine analysis (silymarin quantification, cranberry prophylaxis), radiopharmaceutical development, and calixarene-based drug delivery systems. This reflects interdisciplinary work across chemistry, pharmacology, and biomedical science.
