Eusébio Reis serves as an Associate Professor at the Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning (IGOT) within the University of Lisbon, where he contributes to academic programs spanning geography, territorial planning, and environmental management.
His educational foundation includes a PhD in Geography (2006) from the Faculty of Letters at the University of Lisbon, a Master's in Hydraulics and Water Resources (1996) from Instituto Superior Técnico at the Technical University of Lisbon, and a Bachelor's in Geography and Regional Planning (1992) from the University of Lisbon's Faculty of Letters.
