Eugene Taeha Paik is an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Mississippi’s School of Business Administration and a faculty member at the Haley Barbour Center for Manufacturing Excellence. He earned his Ph.D. in Management from the University of Arizona (2018), with a minor in Entrepreneurship.
- Research focuses on innovation, organizational networks, and cultural industries
- Teaching: Strategic Management (undergraduate)
His research examines how network relationships influence technology adoption in organizations and how career outcomes in cultural industries are shaped by project choices. Prior to academia, he worked in Korea as a global sales manager in electronics and a business planning manager in entertainment startups.
