Eugene Lebedev is a Full Professor and Head of the Department of Applied Statistics at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. His work focuses on the asymptotic analysis of stochastic systems and networks, particularly in modeling telecommunication networks under heavy traffic and developing optimization algorithms.
