Etienne Baudrier

Etienne Baudrier is a HDR Lecturer at the University of Strasbourg, affiliated with the IMAGeS team (Images, Modeling, Learning, Geometry and Statistics) within the ICube laboratory. His research focuses on discrete geometry, inverse problems, and image reconstruction techniques for microscopy applications, including domain adaptation and diffusion models.

He co-manages the IMAGeS team, oversees GDMM theme projects, and supervises PhD/Master’s students in areas like 3D segmentation, tomography, and discrete geometry. His teaching includes discrete topology, tomography, and mathematical morphology in the university’s computer science degree programs.
