Ethel Arzu

Ethel Arzu serves as a Professor and Co-coordinator for the MA in Educational Leadership program at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin's College of Education, specifically within the Department of Counseling, Bilingual Education, and Educational Leadership.

Her professional focus centers on Educational Leadership, with complementary expertise in Bilingual Education and Counseling. As Coordinating Professor for the Practicum component of the MA program, she designs and supervises hands-on leadership training experiences that bridge theoretical frameworks with real-world educational administration challenges.

Dr. Arzu maintains active engagement with graduate students through practicum coordination, emphasizing applied leadership development in diverse educational settings. Her work supports the preparation of future school administrators through structured field experiences and mentorship.
