Ethan O. Cohen

Dr. Ethan O. Cohen serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Breast Imaging within the Division of Diagnostic Imaging at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. He also holds a joint appointment as Associate Professor in the Department of Diagnostic and Interventional Imaging at UTHealth Houston McGovern Medical School.

Dr. Cohen received his medical degree from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas in 2005, followed by complete postgraduate training at the same institution including a Transitional Year internship, Diagnostic Radiology residency, and Breast Imaging fellowship. Prior to joining MD Anderson in September 2015 as an Assistant Professor (promoted to Associate Professor in September 2021), he gained four years of clinical experience with Radiology Partners Houston.

His expertise centers on breast imaging and diagnostic radiology for cancer detection, contributing to MD Anderson's mission of eliminating cancer through improved diagnostic capabilities. As a Fellow of the Society of Breast Imaging (FSBI), Dr. Cohen has demonstrated significant expertise and contributions to his specialty field.
