Ethan Ding is an Adjunct Professor at the School of Population and Global Health, The University of Western Australia. His research focuses on palliative care, end-of-life care, and healthcare systems. He has led multiple studies on advance care planning, palliative care utilization for neurological conditions, and symptom management in terminal illnesses.
His work contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals related to good health and well-being (SDG 3). Collaborations include national population-based studies on stroke and motor neuron disease outcomes. He co-led a project assessing general practitioner-led palliative care in Western Australia, funded by Cancer Australia.
