Her theoretical interests include the relationship between narrative and visual representation, the development of personal artistic language, and the philosophical underpinnings of artistic creation. She emphasizes in her teaching that 'the search for self-identity, the development of one's own painterly language is a long process' that requires both practical and theoretical preparation.
Her scholarly output demonstrates a consistent engagement with contemporary Hungarian art, featuring critical analyses of fellow artists' work and explorations of painting techniques and traditions. She has contributed to major art publications and catalogues, with particular attention to portrait painting and the London School as exemplified in her work on Francis Bacon. Her writing shows a deep understanding of both Hungarian and international art contexts.

As an educator, Radák emphasizes developing students' individual artistic voices through structured yet flexible teaching methods. She states that her 'goal is for students to know Hungarian and universal art history, to be informed about current artistic and art theoretical issues.' Her teaching philosophy focuses on helping students become 'open according to their own personality, able to handle doubts and certainties that arise during creation, capable of evaluation, decision-making, and even re-evaluation.' She values experimental spirit and expects diverse solutions to artistic questions while respecting students' artistic conceptions.
Radák's works are featured in numerous public collections including the Hungarian National Gallery, LENTOS Neue Galerie der Stadt Linz, Hungarian Institute in Paris, and various Hungarian museums and bank collections.
