Esther Jacob serves as Senior Lecturer in Adult Nursing at Middlesex University within the Faculty of Health, Social Care and Education and the Department of Adult, Child & Midwifery. She holds key academic leadership roles including Programme Leader for Year 1 BSc Nursing (Adult) and Module Leader for NIP 2803 (Year 2).
Her research centers on Stress Management in nursing contexts, leveraging 13+ years of clinical practice and higher education expertise to develop nursing curricula and mentor future registered nurses. She emphasizes creating highly skilled practitioners through evidence-based teaching methodologies.
Dr. Jacob holds the prestigious Fellow of the Higher Education Academy designation and serves as External Examiner at Leeds Beckett University since November 2021. Her professional recognition reflects significant contributions to nursing education standards.
