Dr. Esther Bouma is an Institutional Researcher at the Center for Information Technology's Educational Support and Innovation department at the University of Groningen. She concurrently holds a research position in Social Psychology at the same university, focusing on human-animal relationships. Her roles include co-supervising the PhD project of Stella Arnt Rosa and leading the National PhD student evaluation initiative. Bouma holds a Master's in Biology and advanced training in Psychology, including a PhD on adolescent depression mechanisms.
