Estella Uhler

Estella Uhler is a Part-Time Lecturer and Program Coordinator for the Marriage & Family Therapy (MFT) program in the Department of Counseling Psychology at the University of San Francisco School of Education. She also coordinates the Professional Clinical Counseling (PCC) dual concentration for the School Counseling program.

• Education: MA in Counseling Psychology (University of San Francisco), BA in Clinical Counseling (Francisco State University)

Her expertise spans community mental health, child abuse and domestic violence support, adolescent substance abuse treatment, and racial identity facilitation. She has over two decades of experience in program management for at-risk youth initiatives and collaborative counseling frameworks.

She serves on the School of Education Student Wellness & Retention Task Force and the Commission on Teacher Credentialing, and has previously worked as a Staff Counselor at Pyramid Alternatives and a Social Worker at Family Support Services of the Bay Area.
