Esta M. Glazer-Semmel

Esta M. Glazer-Semmel is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB). With nearly four decades of experience, she has worked extensively in clinical, supervisory, and administrative roles focusing on vulnerable urban children and families. Her expertise spans forensic evaluation, child maltreatment, and family therapy. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Education from Lafayette College, an M.S.W. from UMB’s School of Social Work, and a post-master’s certificate in Social Administration from the same institution. She is a Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical (Maryland #2726).
