Esra GERGER is a full-time Lecturer at the Civil Engineering Department of Abana Sabahat Mesut Yılmaz Vocational School, Kastamonu University (since 2021). She holds dual master's degrees: an MSc in Civil Engineering from Harran University (2018) with thesis research on flood protection facilities, and an MS in Occupational Health and Safety from Kütahya Dumlupınar University (2021).
