Dr. Esra Aydogdu is a Career Development Fellow at the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow. She holds a PhD from the University of Strathclyde Business School, an MSc in Science and Technology Policy Studies from Middle East Technical University, and a BSc in Mathematics. Her research focuses on social innovation, public policy, and empowerment, particularly addressing challenges related to marginalized groups, sustainability transitions, and community development.
