Espen Berg-Johnsen

Academic Profile

Espen Berg-Johnsen is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Teacher Education and Outdoor Studies at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences (NIH). He coordinates multiple subjects across teacher education programs with specific responsibility for part-time education initiatives and the 5-year teacher education program in practical aesthetic subjects (LUPE). He co-leads the FUSK project and the 6er group, developing and implementing national surveys to assess physical education practices following Norway's LK20 curriculum reforms. This research analyzes student/teacher experiences and assessment methodologies in secondary education.
