Dr. Ernest L. Johnson is a Visiting Professor at Southern University Law Center (SULC), where he has served since 1976. He holds an honorary Doctor of Divinity and is an ordained minister. His roles include President Emeritus of the Louisiana State Conference of the NAACP, former member of the NAACP National Board, and Civil Rights Attorney. He has over 45 years of experience in legal, financial, educational, and civic leadership.
