Erla Olsen

Erla Olsen is Associate Professor and former Dean at University of Faroe Islands Faculty of Education. Dual research focus: educational studies (PISA analysis, well-being surveys) and biological research (arbuscular mycorrhizal ecology). PhD from University of York (2008) examined temperature responses in mycorrhizal symbiosis. Directs national studies on school well-being and ITC usage in Faroese education. Research grants include projects on maternal micronutrients and COVID-19 pedagogical impacts.
