Erkan Bülbül serves as a Lecturer in the Computer Technologies Department at Gaziantep University's Technical Sciences Vocational School since 2014. His work focuses on advancing educational technology infrastructure, particularly within medical education contexts through e-learning systems and simulation-based training solutions.
He holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems (non-thesis) from Hoca Ahmet Yesevi International Turkish-Kazakh University, completed between 2011 and 2013.
Bülbül's research centers on educational technology applications in medical education, with specific expertise in blended learning models, MOOC implementation, and electronic assessment systems. His work addresses critical challenges in distance learning during pandemics and develops infrastructure for simulation labs and objective structured clinical examinations. He investigates water conservation behaviors among medical students and communication skills training effectiveness, bridging environmental science with healthcare education.
