Erin Steinbach

Erin Steinbach, MD, PhD is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the UNC School of Medicine, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Specializing in food allergy, peanut allergy, and gastrointestinal immunology, her research explores mechanisms of allergen immunotherapy, microbiota-host interactions, and epithelial barrier dysfunction in allergic diseases.
