Erin Hartigan

Erin Hartigan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at the University of New England's Westbrook College of Health Professions. She specializes in biomechanics, stress urinary incontinence, and ACL injury rehabilitation. Board-certified in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy (Emeritus status).

Research examines functional differences in women with stress urinary incontinence and athletes post-ACL reconstruction. She co-authored textbook chapters on knee/hip biomechanics and serves as a reviewer for JOSPT and Sports Health journals.

APTA involvement includes Sports Physical Therapy, Pelvic Health, and Orthopaedic sections. Uses UNE's motion analysis lab for biomechanical studies.
