Erin Belieu

Erin Belieu, born in 1967 in Omaha, Nebraska, is a contemporary poet and educator with a distinguished academic career. She holds degrees from the University of Nebraska (BFA), Ohio State University (MFA), and Boston University (MA). Currently teaching at Florida State University, Belieu has previously held faculty positions at Boston University, Kenyon College, Ohio University, and Washington University. A co-founder of VIDA: Women in Literary Arts, she advocates for gender equality in literary spaces.
