Dr. Erinç Albey serves as an Assistant Professor specializing in Artificial Intelligence within the Industrial Engineering Department at Özyeğin University's Faculty of Engineering. His academic foundation is firmly rooted in Industrial Engineering, with all three of his degrees obtained from Boğaziçi University in Istanbul.

His work bridges theoretical mathematical modeling with practical applications in flexible manufacturing systems and business analytics. His expertise extends to developing sophisticated models for customer lifetime value analysis, churn prediction, and next-product-to-buy forecasting.
Before joining Özyeğin University, Dr. Albey gained valuable experience as a postdoctoral researcher and instructor in the Edward P. Fitts Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at North Carolina State University. His industry engagement includes collaborative projects with major corporations such as SAP, Intel Corporation, and Novartis. Additionally, he has practical industry experience as a chief scientist in a customer analytics startup, where he developed predictive models for business applications.
