Erik Prout is an Instructional Associate Professor in the Department of Geography at Texas A&M University (TAMU). He holds affiliations with the Association of American Geographers (specializing in cultural, political, and qualitative methods) and the National Council for Geographic Education. His research focuses on cultural landscapes, geo-education, and qualitative methodologies.
Educational Background: Ph.D. in Geography from Louisiana State University (LSU); M.A. in Geography from San Diego State University (SDSU); B.A. in Geography from California State University.
