Erick Ananga is an Associate Professor of Instruction at the School of Geosciences, University of South Florida. His academic journey includes roles as Assistant Professor at East Central University and Adjunct Assistant Professor at USF. He holds a PhD in Geography and Environmental Science from USF (2015), an M.A. in Politics and International Development from the University of East Anglia (2006), and a B.A. in International Development Studies (2004), also from UEA.
Ananga's research focuses on community participation theory in urban water resource management, bridging social sciences and environmental policy. He employs mixed-methods approaches (surveys, case studies) to explore how citizen involvement impacts water project outcomes in resource-scarce nations.
