Erica L. Wolf serves as Distinguished Fellow at the Northwest Center for Indigenous Law, Seattle University School of Law, and founder of Wolf Law PLLC specializing in estate planning and probate. A national expert in Indian and tribal estate law, she actively bridges legal practice with tribal communities.

Research focuses on Tribal Probate Law, Trusts and Estates, and Elder Law with emphasis on State/Federal/Tribal jurisdictional intersections and Tribally Chartered Corporations. Leadership roles include Executive Director and Supervising Attorney at the Center for Indian Law and Policy, plus five-year chairmanship of the Health Law Certificate program. She contributed to the Uniform Law Commission's Tribal Probate Code Committee as Observer since 2015.
