Eric Shaw is an Honorary Research Fellow and Senior Lecturer in Politics at the University of Stirling, where he has worked since 1990. Previously, he was a researcher in the International Department of the Labour Party and worked at Manchester Polytechnic (now Manchester Metropolitan University). His research focuses on the British and Scottish Labour Parties, with a current study on Labour’s ideology under Ed Miliband’s leadership.
