Eric Rovira Barreira

Eric Rovira Barreira is a Research Fellow at the University of Navarra, working within the Cancer Center Clínica Universidad de Navarra (CCUN) and affiliated with Cima Universidad de Navarra. His research focuses on therapeutic non-coding RNA, microproteins, and integrated stress response mechanisms in oncology.

He earned his PhD in 2022 from the University of Navarra with the thesis "Developing RNA sequences to regulate therapeutic genes expression" under the supervision of Dr. Fernando Pastor Rodríguez and Dr. Purificación Fortes. His primary research interests include:
