Eric Olsen

Eric Olsen is an Associate Professor in the Illustration department at the College for Creative Studies, Detroit. He holds an MFA in Painting from Wayne State University and has maintained an active professional career in figurative art and narrative illustration.

His research focuses on figurative compositions, visual memory representation, and architectural decay aesthetics. He has developed extensive educational content on formal perspective, with 112 hours of high-definition lectures available through New Masters Academy since 2014.
