Eric Maleyrot is a Lecturer at the University of Montpellier-Paul-Valéry, affiliated with the Department of Education and Training Sciences within UFR6. His research focuses on accountability policies in education, professionalization processes of teachers and artists, and pre-professionalization mechanisms in training systems.
Teaching Responsibilities: He instructs across multiple levels including L2-L3 Educational Sciences programs (Sociology of Education, Pre-Professionalization), M1 (Management of Training Systems), and M2 (Training & Inequalities).
Administrative Roles: Since 2016, he serves as Referent for the 2nd-year Bachelor's program, Educational Manager for the M1 program, and Coordinator of pre-professionalization courses for primary education. He is also an elected member of UFR6's council and the AECSE board.
Research Output: Recent work includes analyzing professionalization pathways for equestrian artists (2021), reflecting his focus on bridging artistic practice with formal training systems.
