Dr. Eric Hu is an Associate Professor in Sustainable Energy Engineering at the School of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, University of Adelaide. With a career spanning over three decades, he has held academic positions at Monash University and Deakin University before joining the University of Adelaide in 2009.
