Eric Bibiza-Freiwald

Eric Bibiza-Freiwald is Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE). His clinical and research activities focus on developmental psychopathology and specialized care for transgender youth.

Leads the clinical service for gender identity and transgender health, providing comprehensive assessments and treatment pathways. Research examines developmental trajectories and mental health outcomes in gender-diverse adolescents.
