Eric Anderson

Eric Anderson serves as Assistant Professor and Department Chair for Architecture and Construction Management at Farmingdale State College, bringing over thirty years of expertise in educational and non-profit facilities planning. He has overseen more than $1 billion in capital improvements across institutions including West Virginia University, Stony Brook University, University of Nevada Las Vegas, and the CUNY system.

His educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University (1980) and Master of Arts in Technology Education from West Virginia University (1989). As a registered architect in New York (License #022067) and West Virginia (License #2371), he maintains active professional credentials through the American Institute of Architects.

Anderson's research integrates architectural design with construction management, focusing on practical applications for educational infrastructure. His work bridges theoretical instruction with real-world project execution in facilities planning and cost management.
