Eric Alden is a full-time Professor of Law at Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University. He has been a faculty member since 2011, contributing to legal scholarship in securities regulation, corporate governance, and contract law. His career spans roles as a partner in Silicon Valley law firms, attorney fellow at the SEC, and adjunct professor at UC Hastings College of Law.
