Eren Başeren is a Research Assistant in the Financial Law Department at Özyeğin University Faculty of Law since 2022. He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2020 and holds a Master's degree in Public Law from Galatasaray University Institute of Social Sciences (2024), where he completed his thesis on the regulatory authority of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance regarding taxation legality.
