Enrique Arce Gonzalez is a full-time Lecturer in the School of Business at Capilano University, within the Faculty of Business and Professional Studies. He previously served as Convenor of the Post-Baccalaureate Program and Chair of the Professional Development Reporting Committee. His teaching focuses on finance, human resources, and international business, emphasizing student engagement and a collaborative classroom environment.

He also owns a consulting firm specializing in HR, strategy, and training.
He received the Best Instructor Award in the CPA Preparatory Program (2019). Active in community roles, he serves as Treasurer of a sailing non-profit and contributes to the Ministry of Advanced Education’s Private Training Institution Branch as a subject matter expert in HR and accounting.
