Enrico Hadde

Dr. Enrico Hadde is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Southern Queensland, affiliated with the Centre for Future Materials. His research focuses on Food Science and Technology, with a particular emphasis on materials-related applications in food systems.
