Enrico Bronzi

Univ.-Prof. Enrico Bronzi holds a professorship in Violoncello at the Mozarteum University's Strings Department under the Institute for Chamber Music. His affiliation with the university began in October 2007. A renowned cellist, he is a member of the Trio di Parma since 1990, performing globally across Europe, the Americas, and Australia. His career includes positions as first cellist of the Orchestra del Teatro Alla Scala and soloist engagements with leading Northern European orchestras. Bronzi has received prestigious awards, including the Premio Abbiati and top honors at the Helsinki Paulo Cello Competition. He currently serves as artistic director of the Fondazione Musicale Santa Cecilia in Portogruaro.
