Dr. Enes BULUT is an Assistant Professor at Artvin Coruh University's Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Emergency Aid and Disaster Management, where he has served since 2020. Previously, he worked as a Research Assistant at Karadeniz Technical University's Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nursing (2014-2020) and at Artvin Coruh University's School of Health, Department of Nursing (2014). He currently holds significant administrative roles as Department Head (2024-2027) and previously served as Department Head Assistant (2022-2025).
His educational background includes a PhD in Disaster Medicine from Karadeniz Technical University (2023), a PhD in Nursing (2015-2020), a Master's in Surgical Nursing (2014-2015), and a Bachelor's in Nursing (2008-2012). He holds certifications in First Aid and Aromatherapy.
