Enda Fallon

Enda Fallon is Head of Department and Lecturer in Computer and Software Engineering at ATU. His research develops machine learning approaches for network management, cybersecurity, and software engineering. Current projects investigate quantum machine learning applications for cybersecurity and generative AI systems for automated document processing.

His technical research focuses on optimizing network protocol performance, anomaly detection algorithms, and parameter optimization for e-commerce analytics. In software engineering, he develops AI-assisted tools for requirements specification using large language models.

Publications demonstrate applied AI research with industry applications, particularly in cybersecurity and consumer analytics. Recent work explores ensemble methods for document classification and quantum computing applications.

He leads industry-academia partnerships in cybersecurity and coordinates curriculum development for AI education programs.
