Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emre Özer is an Associate Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Istanbul Technical University, specializing in analog circuit design and systems theory. His research focuses on advanced analog circuit topologies, including instrumentation amplifiers, PID controllers, and capacitance/inductance simulators.
