Emre GENÇAY is a full-time Lecturer in the Department of Civil Air Transportation Management at Mucur Vocational School, Ahi Evran University, Türkiye. He holds administrative roles as Department Head and Commission Member since 2021. His academic qualifications include a PhD in Business Administration from Çukurova University (2017-2023), a Master's in Business Administration from Gaziosmanpaşa University (2013-2017), and a BA in Economics from the same institution (2007-2013).
His research focuses on organizational dynamics, including:
- Leadership psychology (authentic leadership, emotional intelligence)
- Aviation management systems
- Entrepreneurship development
- Organizational behavior/culture
Publications analyze leadership mediation effects, entrepreneurial traits in Turkish students, and aviation management frameworks. Research employs quantitative analysis of workplace behavior in service industries and higher education contexts.
