Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emre ATILGAN is an Associate Professor at the Department of Health Management, Trakya University, Edirne, Turkey. He holds a PhD in Economics from Hacettepe University (2012) and has been affiliated with institutions including Pamukkale University and Trakya University since 2004. His research focuses on health economics, hospital efficiency, and health policy analysis with a particular interest in econometric modeling and sustainable healthcare systems.
