Emre İNCE is a full-time Lecturer at Kaman Vocational School within the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning, Map and Cadastre. He has held this academic position since 2008 while concurrently serving as Program Head and Department Head since 2010, demonstrating significant administrative leadership.
He completed his Bachelor's degree in Turkey between 1998 and 2006, establishing his foundational expertise in geospatial disciplines.
His research specializes in Geomatics Engineering with three core emphases:
- GIS integration for urban planning and development
- Digital photogrammetry techniques and applications
- Remote sensing methodologies for spatial analysis
These research domains directly inform his extensive teaching curriculum covering field surveying, coordinate systems, and geospatial data processing.
Dr. İNCE secured two major research projects:
- Walnut-Focused Development Project (2018-2026): Serving as Researcher for regional economic development initiatives
- Vocational School Laboratory Infrastructure Project (2014-2015): Leading researcher for establishing surveying and cadastre laboratories
He has developed 28 comprehensive lecture notes covering advanced geospatial topics including trigonometric leveling, GNSS data processing, and spatial database management, significantly enhancing practical training resources for mapping and urban planning education.
