Emrah Acar

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emrah Acar is an academic at Istanbul Technical University's Faculty of Architecture, Department of Architecture, since 1997. He holds a PhD and MSc in Project and Construction Management from Istanbul Technical University. His work focuses on Project and Construction Management, with emphasis on organizational culture, innovation processes, and sustainable practices in Turkey's construction sector.

He has supervised 21 theses at Istanbul Technical University, covering topics like crisis management, digital competencies, and entrepreneurial orientation in construction firms. Notable projects include Strategic Management Infrastructure at ITU Faculty of Architecture (2015-2021) and European Engineering Learning Alliance (2020-2023).
