Emmanuel Kypraios

Dr. Emmanuel Kypraios serves as Associate Dean for Internationalisation in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Assistant Professor in Management at Maynooth University School of Business. He previously held a visiting Professor of Strategy role at the Ecole Hoteliere, Lausanne, Switzerland. His research bridges economic sociology, finance sociology, organization theory, and strategic management, focusing on sustainability and decision-making mechanisms.

Research Interests: Focus on socio-cognitive mechanisms in decision-making, financial instruments for sustainable development, and status dynamics in organizations. He leads the DigiFLed project (2024-2026), modernizing education via ICT integration in Ukraine, aiming to bridge labor market gaps and enhance digital skills.
